About these terms. These terms apply to tours and travel services arranged by See Safari Adventure, Arusha, Tanzania. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
Quotes and bookings. Itineraries on this website are examples. Your trip is confirmed once we have sent a written confirmation and received the agreed deposit.
Payments. Deposit amounts, balance due dates and accepted payment methods are stated in your booking confirmation.
Changes and cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your trip, please tell us in writing as soon as possible. Any charges depend on how close to departure the change is made and on the policies of lodges, airlines and parks; we will explain these before you book.
Prices. Prices are based on rates, taxes and park fees at the time of quoting. If governments or park authorities change fees, we may need to pass on the difference.
Travel documents and health. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellation, medical care and evacuation.
Safety and conduct. Please follow your guide's instructions at all times, especially around wildlife.
